MemoirAI is available as a group program for senior living communities, insurance wellness programs, and other organizations that want to offer meaningful, low-friction legacy work to the people they serve.
Participants call a dedicated phone number provided by their community or organization, tell their stories at their own pace, and receive a completed memoir they can share with their family.
Organizations receive only anonymized participation metrics — no story content, transcripts, or personal information. We believe the people we serve should always own their stories.

Organizations that offer MemoirAI to their members receive only anonymized, aggregate usage statistics — never the content of any call, transcript, or memoir.

At the start of each call, participants are informed that they are speaking with an AI assistant, that the call is recorded to create their memoir, and that a text message will be sent to their phone number when the memoir is ready. Message and data rates may apply. Participants may reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. By continuing the call after this disclosure, the caller consents to the recording and to receiving the memoir delivery message.
